The Work

Two pathways, one central question: What happens when people and organizations see themselves clearly?

For Individuals

Deeper Self-Awareness Coaching

Career stagnation is rarely a capability issue; it’s a self-awareness blind spot. Grounded in formal coaching training, specialized methodology, and real-world lived experience, I partner with individuals at critical career inflection points to remove internal blocks, cultivate clarity, and execute their next leap with confidence.

For Organizations

Skills-Based Talent Architecture & Job Design

As the gap widens between static job descriptions and the adaptive capabilities of your workforce, traditional job descriptions create a profound disconnect. They track fixed responsibilities, not capabilities—the vital knowledge, skills, and abilities that often go undocumented. I guide forward-thinking organizations to close this gap by leveraging technology to shift toward agile, skills-based talent architectures, allowing you to stop managing responsibilities and start developing the current potential of your workforce.

The Approach

Mindset evolution meets modern organization design.

Sustainable growth requires two things: internal clarity and external structure. Whether building career readiness for an ambitious professional or modernizing talent architecture across an organization, my approach targets root causes rather than surface symptoms. We remove the internal blocks holding individuals back and evolve the static structures that keep organizations from fully activating the talent already within their workplace.

Research-Informed Methodology As a doctoral researcher in Organizational Change & Leadership at the University of Southern California (EdD, 2027), my dissertation investigates how manager self-awareness directly informs both individual and organizational decision making. This academic rigor directly informs every strategy deployed today—ensuring your growth is backed by both executive experience and evidence-based science.

Background

My work is built on a simple reality: I’ve sat in both seats.

Before starting this practice, I navigated my own career path from foundational HR roles to Chief People Officer—earning promotions, making strategic pivots, and eventually launching my own business. I know the exact weight of deciding what comes next, dismantling the self-doubt that creeps in before a big leap, and advocating for your value at the highest level because I’ve done it.

Along the way, I spent over fifteen years building and leading talent functions inside complex organizations. I served as Chief People Officer for a national entertainment industry union, led the operational transformation strategy for a high-growth consumer wellness brand, and built a 2,500-person nonprofit’s HR function from scratch, decentralizing operations across 80+ locations.

I don't offer generic coaching scripts or abstract organizational theory. I’ve run the executive calibration meetings where promotion lists are finalized, made the hard restructuring calls, and designed org charts from a blank page.

Whether we are unlocking your next career move or modernizing your organization’s talent architecture, you get a partner who understands how growth actually happens—through intentional mindset and organizational design.

Success Stories

What clients and audiences say after the work is done.

Being part of the Being coaching group has been one of the greatest gifts I've given myself. Through every weekly meeting, I've gained confidence, strengthened my faith, and learned to trust myself and God's plan more deeply. The support, encouragement, and genuine connection from this amazing group of women have carried me through both challenges and victories. I truly look forward to our weekly meetings. They have become a source of inspiration, growth, laughter, and sisterhood that I cherish. I'm incredibly grateful for the transformation I've experienced and for the friendships I've built along the way.

I connected with Tashia during an unexpected and challenging season of unemployment, and I am incredibly grateful that our paths crossed when they did. Her guidance gave me the confidence to advocate for myself, negotiate with intention, and navigate even the toughest interview questions with greater clarity and assurance. The level of support, wisdom, and insight she provided me is something I will hold dear for the rest of my life. Tashia is exceptional at what she does, but what makes her truly special is the genuine care, encouragement, and professionalism she brings to her work. I wholeheartedly recommend her for your coaching needs. If you have the opportunity to work with her, you will be in excellent hands.
